1. Eligibility for Returns​

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items​

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or installed alarm systems and accessories.

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or neglect.

  • Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

​

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the defect or damage.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.

4. Return Shipping

​

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty item).
