To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Opened or installed alarm systems and accessories.

Items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or neglect.

Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos/videos of the defect or damage.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty item).
