We currently ship orders within South Africa only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this stage.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

​

  • Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or outlying areas may take longer (up to 7 business days).

4. Delivery Methods

​

We make use of trusted South African courier services to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. All deliveries are door-to-door. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.

5. Shipping Fees

6. Order Tracking

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if no one is available to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for additional delivery charges.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your order. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. If your order is lost during transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
